Job Summary
Providing telephonic engagement services, the full-time State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will conduct Medication Adherence Consultations, manage member interactions, and maintain performance standards in a remote setting while working within the Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with eligible members via phone to offer Medication Adherence Consultation services
- Perform data entry related to member information, including adherence barriers and medication details
- Maintain performance metrics and serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacy applications
Required Qualifications
- Active State Licensed Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in the desired state of employment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Must have a secure workspace that protects HIPAA confidentiality
- Access to install secure high-speed internet at home
