State Licensed Pharmacy Technician
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will engage with eligible members over the phone to conduct Medication Adherence Consultation services while working remotely in the EST or CST time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic engagements with members to offer Medication Adherence Consultation services
- Perform data entry of adherence barriers, allergy history, and medication-related information
- Maintain performance standards, including call metrics and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician Licensure (RPhT) in the desired state of employment
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a designated secure workspace to protect HIPAA confidentiality
- Access to install secure high-speed internet via cable/DSL at home
