Job Summary
Serving as a liaison between franchise partners, the full-time remote State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage onboarding tasks, provide consultative support, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with USP regulations and support franchisees with sterile compounding training and resources
- Provide consultative support for facility construction, vendor management, and pharmacy operational activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to facilitate timely order and installation of sterile compounding equipment
Required qualifications:
- Certification from a nationally accredited pharmacy technician certification program
- Prior experience in sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy operations
- High school diploma or associate degree or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management systems
