Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will engage with members over the phone to provide Medication Adherence Consultation services, primarily through cold calling and inbound calls, in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Medication Adherence Consultation services via phone interactions with eligible members
- Perform data entry of adherence barriers, allergy history, and medication-related information
- Maintain performance standards, including call metrics and quality assurance, while serving as a subject matter expert for pharmacy applications
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician Licensure (RPhT) in the state of residence
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Access to a secure, private workspace with high-speed internet
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment within the healthcare industry
