State Licensed Pharmacy Technician Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and effective onboarding processes, the full-time remote State Licensed Pharmacy Technician Manager will serve as a liaison between franchise partners and the organization, providing consultative support and educational development services while managing sterile compounding standards and facility design resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with USP regulations and support new franchisees in sterile compounding practices
• Develop and revise training resources for franchise employees and provide consultative guidance on pharmacy operations
• Maintain relationships with vendors and facilitate timely construction project completion for new franchises

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or associate degree; certification from a nationally accredited pharmacy technician certification program preferred
• Prior experience in sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Excellent teaching and communication skills for training pharmacy professionals
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management systems
