Job Summary

Managing the complete lifecycle of homeowners' property claims, the fully remote Inside Property Desk Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlements while ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate all aspects of homeowners' first-party claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation
• Negotiate settlements within assigned authority and manage supplements, Additional Living Expense (ALE) claims, and personal property losses
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and other partners to ensure accurate and efficient claims handling

Required qualifications

• Active adjuster license or a license qualifying for reciprocity in applicable states
• Proficiency in Xactimate software
• Experience in claims handling, including supplements and ALE
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
• Experience in both field and desk settings is preferred
