Job Summary

To lead the Psychiatry Practice Management team, the full-time State Licensed Psychiatric Director will manage clinical operations, quality assurance, and compliance while overseeing a team, optimizing provider engagement, and influencing psychiatric care delivery remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality audits and compliance initiatives, providing actionable feedback to psychiatric providers
• Directly manage and develop team members, establishing priorities and performance expectations
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational trends to identify and implement improvements

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in good standing
• Minimum 8 years of post-licensure clinical experience in psychiatric assessment and medication management
• Experience delivering psychiatric services via telehealth preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of psychiatric prescribing practices and clinical quality management
