State Licensed Rehabilitation Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical services, the full-time State Licensed Rehabilitation Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and compliance of Specialty Therapy and Rehabilitation Services while working remotely within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations of therapy services
• Oversee provider outreach and training activities before and after implementation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and monitor quality improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in specialty therapy or rehabilitation services
• Current certification/licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy in the state of practice
• Thorough knowledge of case and/or utilization management procedures
• Supervisory experience preferred
