State Licensed Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private risk management clients, the full-time State Licensed Relationship Manager will deliver elite client service, manage complex risk exposures, and provide technical expertise in personal lines insurance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, white-glove service to an assigned book of HNW/UHNW clients, anticipating needs and conducting annual interactive client reviews
• Review client exposures and provide coverage consulting, advising on complex risks and recommending appropriate solutions
• Act as a market placement specialist, cultivating relationships with carrier partners and ensuring competitive positioning for client programs

Required qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the relevant state(s) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with knowledge of HNW carrier contracts and claims processes
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems, with experience in Epic preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to sophisticated clients
