Job Summary
To enhance patient adherence to respiratory therapies, the remote State Licensed Respiratory Therapist Navigator will ensure optimal patient outcomes through consistent follow-up, equipment monitoring, and proactive intervention.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily monitoring of ventilator software and assign new patients to the appropriate Respiratory Therapist
- Perform 24-hour post-setup checks to verify device settings, troubleshoot issues, and document findings
- Analyze monthly compliance data and coordinate patient outreach to address non-compliance and improve outcomes
Required qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Experience with non-invasive ventilation (NIV), CPAP/BiPAP, and related respiratory equipment preferred
- Familiarity with digital health platforms such as Brightree, Care Orchestrator, or AirView preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and prioritize patient interactions
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
