Key responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing plan-related inquiries
- Educate customers on distribution decisions and the benefits of participating in retirement plans

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory roles
- Demonstrated success in sales and understanding of retirement investment products

- Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) registration required through Series 65 or equivalent qualification
