Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions while leveraging a strong brand reputation in the reverse mortgage industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Build rapport with potential clients and analyze their financial situations to offer appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
• Manage a high volume of phone calls and follow up with leads to close deals effectively
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

Required qualifications:

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
• Sales experience preferred, with a strong ability to close deals and negotiate
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
