Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions while building rapport and closing deals.

Key responsibilities:

• Listen to and analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
• Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and persuasive skills
• Manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and initiative

Required qualifications:

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
