State Licensed Senior Client Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the primary service contact for a select portfolio of commercial clients, the temporary State Licensed Senior Client Manager will manage client satisfaction and strategic planning while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluates exposures, negotiates quotes, and finalizes agreements with carriers
- Analyzes client information and risk to provide tailored recommendations during strategy meetings
- Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in the agency management system (EPIC)
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms
