State Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking a State Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel, the full-time remote position will lead the negotiation and execution of complex enterprise agreements while serving as a strategic legal partner to various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of high-value enterprise agreements, including SaaS and data processing agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate technology and licensing agreements across a high-volume contract pipeline
- Serve as a strategic legal partner to Sales and Customer Success, advising on deal structuring and risk assessment
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial/corporate legal experience, particularly in BPaaS and SaaS
- Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise technology transactions with Fortune 500 clients
- Significant knowledge of data protection, privacy, and AI-related laws
- Must have an active bar license in state of residence
