Job Summary
To lead a dynamic team in delivering AI-powered discovery services, the full-time Senior Manager, Discovery will oversee legal quality standards, design operational workflows, and manage team performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house expert on discovery practices and maintain quality standards for legal documentation
- Design and implement end-to-end delivery workflows, ensuring compliance with turnaround guarantees
- Manage team performance metrics and drive process improvements as service volume scales
Required qualifications
- J.D. and active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- 7+ years of personal injury litigation experience with substantial discovery work

- Working fluency with legal tech and AI-assisted drafting tools
