Job Summary
To support healthcare delivery through technology, the full-time State Licensed Senior Medical Director in Clinical Informatics will provide clinical insight and expertise, lead Epic optimization efforts, and enhance patient outcomes while working remotely with some clinical practice responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior product leader for Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars, driving technology solutions that improve care pathways
- Lead enterprise-wide Epic optimization initiatives to enhance clinical workflows, efficiency, and patient safety
- Act as a trusted clinical advisor in governance committees, translating clinical needs into actionable technology roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinician - MD/DO (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med-Peds), NP, or PA in good standing
- 10-12 years of relevant work experience with a strong focus on clinical outcomes and teamwork
- Completion of Epic Builder training and certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice experience
- Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical product, informatics, safety, or quality improvement
