Job Summary

Experienced in handling high severity and complex property claims, the remote Senior Property Adjuster will investigate claims, conduct policy reviews, negotiate settlements, and provide technical expertise while supporting catastrophe response efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims involving liability exposures and litigation proceedings
• Conduct detailed policy/coverage reviews, manage reserves, and negotiate settlements on complex losses
• Act as a resource for less experienced staff and support catastrophe response as needed

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of property claims experience
• 3+ years of property liability and litigation claim handling experience
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as required
• Estimating skills and technical expertise in claims-related projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
