State Licensed Sonographer

Job Summary

To support clinical research projects, the full-time Remote State Licensed Sonographer will manage data compliance and quality assurance activities, ensuring timely data uploads and communication with clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely uploading and reviewing of clinical data while communicating expectations to in-house teams
• Participate in database lock activities and perform regular quality checks on data integrity
• Train and mentor other sonographers while maintaining project documents and compliance with safety reporting timelines

Required qualifications

• Dual registered in cardiac and vascular sonography
• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field preferred
• 2-4 years of sonography experience and 1-2 years of clinical trial and data management experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using technology and software tools
