State Licensed Sonographer

Job Summary

To support clinical research projects, the temporary full-time Remote State Licensed Sonographer will manage data management activities, ensuring timely data uploads, reviewing project data, and communicating with clinical teams over a 4-5 month period.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely upload of visit data to the Hawthorne platform and deliver project data to stakeholders
• Review and resolve data queries, perform quality checks, and participate in database lock activities
• Train and mentor other sonographers while managing source/data corrections as needed

Required qualifications

• Current cardiac sonography registration (RDCS or RCS) is required
• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field is preferred
• 2-4 years of sonography experience and 1-2 years of clinical trial and data management experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is essential
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems, including Oracle Clinical and/or Medidata Rave, is preferred
