Job Summary

To provide safe, patient-centered primary healthcare consultations remotely, the part-time State Licensed Specialty Medical Consultant will conduct teleconsultations, assess patient concerns, prescribe treatment, and facilitate referrals to specialists as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teleconsultations by reviewing patient symptoms and medical history, providing clinical advice, and maintaining professional standards
• Diagnose and manage referred medical conditions, prescribe treatments, and educate patients on preventive healthcare practices
• Identify urgent medical symptoms, advise on emergency care, and ensure appropriate referrals to specialists

Required Qualifications

• MBBS + MD/DNB/Fellowship from a recognized medical institution
• Valid medical registration with the applicable medical council/authority
• 1-5 years of experience in Specialty Practice/Residency preferred
• Previous experience in telemedicine and digital healthcare is advantageous
• Excellent command of spoken Marathi
