Job Summary
To support elementary students in grades 1-5, the part-time State Licensed SPED Tutor will provide individualized, multisensory online instruction aligned with IEP or 504 goals, with a flexible schedule that includes preferred morning and weekend availability.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 online instruction tailored to each student's IEP/504 goals
- Regularly assess student progress and adapt instructional methods accordingly
- Maintain professional conduct and a distraction-free remote workspace
Required qualifications
- Active Special Education certification (state or national)
- Minimum 3 years of classroom or tutoring experience at the Elementary level
- Experience implementing IEPs/504 plans
- Ability to pass a background check and authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable computer, internet, and a quiet remote workspace
