State Licensed Sportsbook Promotions Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning, design, and execution of sportsbook promotional campaigns, the full-time remote State Licensed Sportsbook Promotions Manager will manage the promotional calendar, oversee campaign execution, and drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance acquisition and retention across the BetMGM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sportsbook promotional calendar and ensure alignment with key sporting events and business priorities
• Develop and execute promotional offer mechanics in collaboration with Trading and Commercial teams
• Manage the operational promotional budget and monitor competitor activity to inform future promotional planning

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of sportsbook experience, preferably in a campaign management or promotions-focused role
• Previous experience managing a promotional or marketing budget in the sports betting space
• Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools is a plus
• Previous management experience is preferred, as this role will have direct reports
