Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time State Licensed Subrogation Claims Rep will investigate and resolve subrogation claims for Property, Homeowner, Workers Compensation, and General Liability lines, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and determine the appropriate course of action for assigned claims, identifying and pursuing recovery
• Analyze loss details and settle claims through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, while documenting claim files accurately
• Engage with stakeholders and manage the litigation process to achieve optimal recovery outcomes

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of claims handling and subrogation practices
• 3-5 years of claims experience, with 2+ years specifically in subrogation preferred
• Must possess a valid state adjuster license
• College degree preferred
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
