State Licensed Subrogation Claims Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Senior Workers' Compensation Subrogation Claims Representative will investigate and resolve complex subrogation claims for Property, Homeowner, Workers Compensation, and General Liability lines, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while utilizing negotiation and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Review and determine actions for assigned complex claims to pursue recovery
• Document claims accurately and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up
• Manage the litigation process and collaborate with counsel for optimal recovery outcomes

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of claims handling and subrogation practices
• 3-5 years of claims experience and 2+ years of subrogation experience preferred
• Valid state adjuster licenses are required
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to subrogation procedures
