Job Summary

To support a growing virtual specialty medical practice, the part-time State Licensed Telehealth Dietitian will conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education while collaborating with physicians and engaging in remote patient monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition counseling and weight management education via various communication methods
• Provide medication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision
• Engage in remote patient monitoring and maintain timely documentation of patient interactions

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• State licensure is required, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet access
• Demonstrated ability to adapt communication techniques for a diverse patient population
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week, without holding full-time employment elsewhere
