State Licensed Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of retail transactions, the full-time State Licensed Transaction Manager will manage real estate activities including new leases, renewals, and acquisitions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation and scope definition
• Negotiate business terms as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent, including leases and lease amendments
• Coordinate the acquisition of new properties and the disposition of surplus space through various methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant real estate transactions experience
• Real Estate salesperson license is required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information effectively
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations and analyses
