Key responsibilities:
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including due diligence and drafting agreements
- Advise on joint ventures and partnerships, structuring and negotiating relevant agreements
- Develop AI-enabled workflows to enhance transactional legal processes and improve efficiency
Required qualifications:
- J.D. or foreign equivalent with active membership in a U.S. State Bar
- 7+ years of transactional legal experience, particularly in M&A and financial services
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law with the ability to manage complex legal matters
- Familiarity with generative AI in legal workflows and sound judgment in its application
