Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant will review and analyze vocational and medical information, collaborate with claims professionals, and facilitate return-to-work services, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and synthesize claim file information to provide balanced vocational conclusions
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and implement vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
• Deliver vocational training and mentorship to enhance organizational practices and support claims professionals

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field
• Certification in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management
• 3+ years of vocational experience preferred
• Proven ability to exercise independent professional judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining professional certifications and staying updated on vocational trends
