Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time State Licensed Women's Health Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel virtually, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, and related health issues while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full panel of patients, providing ongoing relationship-based care for perimenopause, menopause, and associated health concerns
• Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies
• Document patient interactions and maintain productivity benchmarks in a high-volume virtual environment

Required qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating hormone replacement therapy
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
