State Product Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the growth and profitability of assigned states and insurance product lines, the full-time Small Business State Product Management Analyst will analyze trends, propose data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to assess profitability and growth opportunities while identifying root causes
• Formulate and execute recommendations to drive growth and profitability, considering local regulations and market dynamics
• Collaborate with underwriting and sales during the rate review process to align pricing strategies with market goals

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Research, the insurance industry, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of regulatory and statutory environments for assigned states or lines of business
• Experience in data reporting and analysis, as well as product development lifecycle
• Familiarity with market research and product analytics
