Job Summary
Providing first-level clinical support for clients and healthcare providers, the full-time Stem Cell Clinical Specialist will manage communications regarding quality notifications and scientific inquiries while contributing to various clinical programs and projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates directly with clients and healthcare providers about Quality Standard Notification reports and sample utility inquiries
- Generates follow-up communications regarding sterility results for newborn stem cell samples
- Identifies process improvement opportunities for clinical inquiries and supports the recruitment of client families into donation programs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical, laboratory, research, health education, or customer service role
- Undergraduate degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
