Job Summary
Responsible for processing and reviewing stipulation documents, the remote Stipulation Specialist will build relationships with dealers through regular communication while achieving volume and quality goals.
Key responsibilities
- Process stipulation documents and review them against company requirements
- Communicate with dealers to answer questions and resolve issues
- Verify loan terms and assist with customer service and payment calls
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 1 year of experience in underwriting or lending
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills for calculating figures and interpreting data
- Ability to solve practical problems in varied situations with limited standardization
