Stock Plan Services Associate

Job Summary

Providing routine operational support for Employee Stock Plan Services, the full-time remote Associate Stock Plan Services Support will manage service requests, perform data entry in the ESPS platform, and run standard reports while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Log, track, and update service requests in the case/ticketing system to ensure timely responses
• Perform accurate data entry and maintenance tasks in the ESPS platform, including participant updates and transaction uploads
• Run standard reports and assist with transaction and report reconciliations by comparing system outputs to source files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 0 - 1 years' experience in financial services or compensation industry
• Strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to documented procedures
• Comfort working with data and ability to learn new software tools
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
