Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations including workflow, staffing, and reporting
- Monitor claim filings and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Perform audits on claims and coordinate reprocessing according to carrier negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of supervisory experience required
- TPA, Healthcare, or Stop Loss Carrier experience preferred
- Self-Funding Certification preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
