Store Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

To support store operations, the temporary full-time Store Maintenance Coordinator will manage vendor relationships, oversee repair and maintenance requests, and ensure effective communication between stores and corporate leadership in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction to vendors and store operations for effective communication and execution of maintenance work
• Manage and track repair and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and compliance with KPIs
• Monitor open facilities issues and collaborate with internal Helpdesk to handle service requests efficiently

Required qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify and resolve problems effectively
• Clear communication skills to relay information succinctly to relevant parties
• Understanding of facility systems and trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, and HVAC is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
