Strategic AI Outcomes Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with Jasper's largest enterprise customers, the full-time Strategic AI Outcomes Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to ensure measurable business outcomes with generative AI, focusing on executive relationships and AI transformation strategies in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders to facilitate strategic conversations connecting Jasper's capabilities to customer objectives
• Define measurable success metrics and develop multi-quarter success plans with customers, tracking progress and removing barriers to success
• Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by identifying new workflows and recommending governance models to support sustainable initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or a related strategic role
• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders and influencing VP- and C-level leaders
• Proven track record of leading organizational change or transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI transformation, or emerging technologies
• Background in marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, with consulting experience at top firms being a plus
