Strategic Capture Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a high-impact Strategic Capture Leader in a full-time remote role, the candidate will drive business development for complex public sector opportunities, leading strategy development, customer engagement, and proposal execution from early identification to award.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy and execution for public sector opportunities, engaging directly with customers to understand their missions and procurement objectives
• Develop and refine win strategies, including competitive positioning and teaming arrangements, while managing the transition from capture to proposal
• Provide hands-on leadership throughout proposal development, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in responses

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree
• 14 years of progressive experience in public sector technology services, including capture management and business development
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior government customers and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong experience in developing teaming strategies and negotiating relationships with partners
• Extensive experience leading complex proposal efforts, including win strategy and proposal quality assurance
