Job Summary
To support strategic clients, the full-time Strategic Client Programs Specialist will manage post-sales program leadership, aligning client goals with cross-functional execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering strategic initiatives and operational priorities
- Serve as the program-level counterpart to clients, coordinating discussions and managing governance meetings
- Track progress against client outcomes and facilitate discussions to optimize value realization from Lyric capabilities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in program management, client success, or a related field
- Experience managing detailed plans for large, cross-functional, client-facing initiatives
- Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams
- Demonstrated leadership through influence and accountability without direct reporting authority
- Experience connecting implementation and ongoing operations to client outcomes
