Strategic Collections Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for managing accounts receivable portfolios, the full-time Strategic Collections Associate will analyze and collect payments while ensuring customer accounts are reconciled and accurate in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates with customers regarding invoice payment statuses and follows up on overdue accounts
• Works collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
• Monitors customer financial status and payment patterns to prioritize collection activities effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or above preferred
• One year of credit and/or collections experience preferred
• Experience with Vestis Financial Shared Services (FSS) is preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle and foreign currency exchange values is preferred
