Strategic Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Managing assigned accounts receivable portfolios, the full-time Strategic Collections Specialist will analyze customer accounts, facilitate timely collections, and resolve discrepancies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding invoice payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance departments to address billing and collection issues
• Audit and maintain customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with payment terms

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• One year of credit and/or collections experience preferred
• Experience with Vestis Financial Shared Services (FSS) is preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle and foreign currency exchange values preferred
