Strategic Engagement Lead

Job Summary

Reporting to the AVP of Corporate Affairs for Obesity and Related Conditions, the full-time remote Strategic Engagement Lead will manage the operating model for the Corporate Affairs team, develop integrated engagement strategies, and enhance capabilities through stakeholder collaboration and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated internal engagement plan connecting employees to Corporate Affairs strategy and priorities
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and coordinate an external engagement strategy, mapping stakeholders and tracking outcomes
• Lead the Corporate Affairs ecosystem strategy, ensuring alignment of internal priorities with external initiatives and clear ownership of actions

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years or Master's degree with 7 years or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Affairs or related fields
• Extensive experience in Corporate Affairs or communications within a biopharmaceutical or regulated environment
• Proven ability to translate leadership strategy into integrated plans and prioritize across multiple teams
• Experience in developing internal engagement strategies and mapping external stakeholder engagement
• Strong skills in building dashboards and synthesizing performance data for senior leadership updates
