Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and operationally minded Strategic Finance Associate, this full-time remote position will support financial planning and business performance analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive visibility into performance and identify risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to ensure alignment with growth and profitability targets
• Manage performance reporting and revenue forecasting across various channels, providing insights to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance financial visibility and improve reporting accuracy

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
• Experience in retail, consumer products, or high-growth environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI/data visualization tools such as SQL or Tableau
• Ability to present financial data to executives and non-finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
