Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and motivated Strategic Finance Associate, this full-time remote position will manage long-range financial modeling, support investment analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive capital allocation strategies and investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support capital allocation decisions and executive strategy sessions
• Conduct market research and support M&A diligence efforts, including target valuation analysis and synergy assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial performance and provide forecasting support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree or CFA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a focus on building financial models for executive audiences
• Deep understanding of key SaaS metrics and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling with the ability to create robust and dynamic models
• Proficiency with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software and business intelligence tools is a plus
