Strategic Finance Lead

Job Summary

To support the growth of a pioneering healthcare technology company, the full-time Strategic Finance Lead will build and own the finance function, focusing on financial planning, strategic business partnership, and operational performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning to connect financial performance with business drivers
• Collaborate with the CEO and functional leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions through financial analysis
• Establish consistent financial reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis to provide leadership with a clear view of business performance and risks

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related operating finance role with ownership of financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience partnering with business leaders to influence strategic or operational decisions using financial analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers
• Experience in a high-growth technology company, ideally in a stage where financial systems and processes were being established
• A hands-on approach with sufficient accounting knowledge to manage reporting and external financial providers effectively
