Job Summary
To support the company's acquisition strategy, the full-time Strategic Finance & M&A Manager will lead financial integration activities across acquired businesses, partnering with various teams to ensure successful integration into the organization's financial and reporting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisition diligence efforts by reviewing financial information and developing financial integration plans
- Lead finance-related integration activities and coordinate the transition of financial data and reporting structures for acquired companies
- Develop and maintain synergy tracking and reporting, monitoring acquisition performance against investment theses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate development, or M&A integration
- Direct experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
