Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full cycle of forecasting and budget reporting, the full-time Strategic Finance Manager will serve as a financial business partner across R&D, G&A, and Corporate functions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage expense forecasting, vendor approvals, and month-end close activities for R&D and G&A departments
• Prepare board and investor-ready reporting decks, including monthly finance readouts to executive leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally on headcount and spend decisions while leveraging AI tools to enhance forecasting workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment
• Proven experience managing multiple cost centers or business lines simultaneously
• Fluency in SaaS financial metrics and strong financial modeling skills
• Experience with enterprise planning tools, ERP systems, and procurement platforms
• Ability to prepare materials for board and executive audiences, translating complex data into actionable insights
