Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the company's financial infrastructure, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will manage the core financial model, oversee budget ownership across departments, and ensure accurate cash forecasting while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the core financial model for investor reporting and budget management
• Lead budget ownership and performance tracking across the organization, identifying variances and opportunities
• Own cash forecasting and runway modeling to provide real-time visibility into liquidity positions

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, M&A advisory, or corporate finance
• Investment banking or transaction advisory experience is strongly preferred
• Expert-level Excel financial modeling skills, with the ability to build complex models from scratch
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements
• Experience in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth startup is a plus
