Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support a high-impact Strategic Finance & FP&A team, the full-time Strategic Finance Manager will independently drive analytical projects, financial modeling, and AI-enabled transformation while working remotely or from the Boston office.
Key responsibilities
- Independently tackle high-priority strategic analysis and business partnership across various financial domains
- Own forecasting, headcount planning, and financial modeling to support informed decision-making
- Enhance finance infrastructure through AI transformation and automation of processes for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance/FP&A, or similar analytical roles, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
- Experience with AI, automation, and data systems, including familiarity with SQL or BI tools
- Clear communication skills to present complex analyses in an executive-ready format
