Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Strategic Finance Manager will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, collaborating closely with the CFO and various departments to support strategic decision-making and improve forecast accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic planning cycle by owning P&L, cash flow, and forecasts/budgets in partnership with key business stakeholders
• Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts to enhance forecast accuracy, collaborating with aligned business leaders
• Support company-wide strategic initiatives, including M&A, by working directly with the CFO and senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an FP&A Analyst in a technology company, with experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Big 4 Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in the Enterprise Software and SaaS domain is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance is required; MBA or CPA is a plus
• Strong ability to create financial models and translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to continuous growth and process evolution
